Harry Braswell Design in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Residential Superintendent to lead high-end custom renovations, additions, and historic restorations. This full-time role oversees one to two projects, coordinating trades, materials, and schedules to ensure superior craftsmanship.

You bring at least five years of residential construction experience and a strong carpentry background, with the ability to read drawings and manage subcontractors.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Strong hands-on carpentry background or equivalent construction experience.
• Experience leading residential construction as a superintendent, foreman, lead carpenter, or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct work on site; maintain quality and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan ahead and coordinate trades, materials, deliveries, and the construction sequence.
• Lead the job site and give subcontractors and trades clear direction.
