Innovative Home Renovations (IHR) in Seattle is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support design and construction teams. You will organize project roadmaps, schedule client meetings, and manage documentation from kickoff through close, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining proactive communication with clients and Trade Partners.

The role emphasizes ownership, organization under pressure, and clear, proactive follow-through to keep multiple projects moving smoothly

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Maintain and update all active Project Roadmaps and milestone schedules.
• Client Administration & Documentation: Create and maintain project folders, prepare scope, selections, and roadmaps.
• Selections & Procurement: Manage selections and order coordination; track lead times and deliveries.
• Trade Partner Coordination: Issue work order agreements; coordinate site visits and communications.
• Financial Administration: File invoices, process payments, and manage AWRs and client invoices.
• Communication & Inbox Management: Update stakeholders and manage the Projects inbox.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Develop SOPs and improve internal workflows.
