This is a flexible, commission-based role with no base salary, focused on building local relationships and driving new business.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, networking, appointment setting, or field marketing.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Comfort asking qualification and investment questions and building trust with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Generate remodeling leads through events, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Speak with homeowners about remodeling goals and pre-qualify potential clients.
• Schedule initial design consultations and enter details into Service Minder.
• Notify sales team when qualified appointments are scheduled and follow up to improve attendance.
• Represent the company at home shows, farmers markets, and approved community events.
