Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Kitchen Installer in Grand Rapids, MI. You will install home remodeling products to Mad City's standards, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction at project completion.

The role requires 6+ months remodeling/carpentry experience, cabinet installation or refacing, a valid driver's license, and strong communication with homeowners and team members. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

Key Qualifications
