Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Window Install Helper in Wisconsin. You will install home remodeling products, apply finish work as needed, and communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and finalize payments.

Qualified candidates have 6+ months of remodeling or carpentry experience, window replacement experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills with homeowners and team members.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
