Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Window Installer to install home remodeling products per our standards and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role requires carpentry experience and the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and the team.

You will perform finish work as needed, wrap or replace windows, and complete a job checklist with the homeowner at project completion, coordinating with management to authorize final payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role

In this position, you will:
