Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Kitchen Install Helper in Missouri to install home remodeling products to our standards and apply finish work as needed.

With 6+ months of remodeling or carpentry experience and cabinet-installation expertise, you will communicate with homeowners and management to ensure satisfaction and final payments. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role

• In this position, you will:
• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
