Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring a Remodeling Field Manager to oversee home remodeling projects and lead field crews. You will ensure quality, drive timely communication with homeowners, and present daily progress updates in a fast-paced network of experts.

The role offers a competitive salary of $55k-$65k per year plus a company vehicle and benefits. Valid driver’s license and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Prior management or supervisory experience.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
