Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Field Marketer to engage homeowners through direct, in-person outreach and present remodeling services with a focus on education and opportunities. This role emphasizes relationship-building and brand representation in local neighborhoods.

You will schedule free in-home product demonstrations and may advance toward management or sales leadership as you grow within the Renuity network.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we’re happy to train those without.
• Self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn sales and marketing.
• Willing to work afternoons and evenings (1pm–9pm) and interact with homeowners.
• Must be able to stand/walk outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required!
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
  • Average first year earnings: $55k-$75k/yr
  • Top reps earn $85k+/yr
• Consistent M-F schedule

Key Qualifications

• Availability to work afternoons and evenings
  • Currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts
• Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
