Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks a Remodeling Field Manager to supervise field crews, coordinate remodeling projects, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction in the Charlotte area.

You will present daily progress reports, resolve on-site issues, and maintain strong communication with homeowners. A valid driver’s license and prior supervisory experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling projects (windows, baths, kitchens) with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Past supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to handle conflicts and provide resolution in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize home remodeling projects and coordinate schedules.
• Monitor field crew performance and product quality.
• Communicate directly with customers and help resolve complaints.
• Present daily progress reports to stakeholders.
• Occasionally measure job sites for installation accuracy.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Organize home remodeling projects

Key Qualifications

• Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Prior management or supervisory experience
