Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring a Remodeling Field Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will organize home remodeling projects, monitor field crew performance, and communicate with customers to resolve issues.

Daily progress reports and occasional site measurements are part of the role. The company offers a competitive salary of $55k-$65k per year, plus a company vehicle and gas, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a national network of home-renovation

Qualifications

• Residential remodeling experience focusing on windows, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Prior management or supervisory experience is required.
• Conflict resolution skills are essential for handling customer issues.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
