Job summary

Sebring Design Build is seeking a Remodeling Carpenter to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. This onsite, full-time role focuses on bringing remodeling projects to life—from rough carpentry to refined finish work—while upholding Sebring's standard of quality and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with project managers and teammates to deliver exceptional workmanship, manage punch lists, and ensure job-site safety and organization on every project.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential carpentry and finish carpentry.
• Experience installing cabinetry and millwork.
• Familiarity with flooring, tile, drywall, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for company vehicle use.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions while also working independently.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry and finish carpentry work.
• Install cabinetry, trim, moldings, and other finish materials.
• Assist with flooring, tile installation, drywall repairs, and painting tasks.
• Complete punch-list items and project touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Work closely with project managers and fellow team members to achieve project goals.
• Identify and solve job-site challenges while maintaining quality standards.
• Protect clients' homes and belongings throughout the remodeling process.
• Represent Sebring professionally when interacting with clients and trade partners.

The Opportunity

As a Remodeling Carpenter, you will play a key role in bringing our remodeling projects to life. From rough carpentry to detailed finish work, you will help ensure every project reflects the level of quality and professionalism our clients have come to expect from Sebring Design Build.
