Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to ensure store remodels and special projects meet client demands. The role involves managing fixtures and merchandising tasks, with overnight and weekend hours common.

This full-time, project-based position offers flexible shifts and the potential to transfer to other projects upon completion. The Project Specialist reports to the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/mod or retail remodel a plus.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting of 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move existing fixtures, basic and complex.
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Perform basic modular and counter detailing and set merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise as directed by store management.
• Use of basic hand tools or cordless drill.
• Perform additional merchandising tasks or audits.
