Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to uphold client standards on store remodels and special projects. This full-time, project-based role involves managing store fixtures, reconfiguring product layouts, and completing merchandising tasks.

The position may require overnight shifts and weekend work, with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail. Training is provided and there is potential for transfer to other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Overnights are required; nights/weekends may be needed.
• Must be able to read a planogram/Mod.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move fixtures of varying complexity.
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise per store management instruction.
• Use basic hand tools or cordless drill.
• Complete other merchandising tasks or audits.
