Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field required.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, or 3 years of related experience.
• All associates in role must complete job-required trainings (Academy, Open Door).

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Develop associates through supervision, training, mentoring, and recognition.
