Job summary

Walmart in Henderson, KY is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Travel up to 1000 miles may be required. This role emphasizes delivering quality, meeting budgets, and growing within Walmart's culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home is a role requirement, with 80% time away from home.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and collaborate with store leadership.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations to keep projects on track.
• Influence and mentor associates; develop talent and ensure timely delivery of remodels and new stores.
