Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to ensure standards for complex store remodels and projects. You will manage fixture reconfigurations and merchandising tasks, working on project-based assignments that may include overnight and weekend shifts. Reports to Project Team Supervisor and Manager.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, a fun team environment, paid on-the-job training, and opportunities to transfer after project completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod or retail remodel is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent handling of up to 35 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move fixtures and set merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Relocate merchandise as directed by store management.
• Perform additional merchandising tasks or audits.
