Job summary

Fleet Landing WELLInspired Living in New York seeks a Remodeling Technician to renovate units, remove cabinets, fixtures, and flooring, and reassemble spaces including lighting, trim, and shelving. The role involves coordinating with management to renovate current and future units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of basic construction work in residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Start refurbishment process: remove cabinets, countertops, vanities, sinks, fixtures, shelving and debris.
• Prepare wall surfaces for painting; repair drywall and patch holes.
• Install bi-fold doors and hang/adjust; install exterior doors.
• Install baseboards and trim in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Install bathroom accessories: towel bars, robe hooks, mirrors.
• Cut and install wire shelving in pantries and closets.
• Replace damaged outlets and switches.
• Prepare and paint garage floor.
• Install appliances as needed.
