Deluxe is hiring a Remittance Work Flow Coordinator in Monterey Park, CA. You will prioritize and distribute work, monitor deadlines, and support processing through tiered specialist duties. You’ll answer staff questions and help ensure timely transmission of customer files.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and capable of performing job duties.

The focus of the position is to manage priorities, align resources to the workload, and monitor the work to ensure deadlines are met. This individual must also provide limited direction and answer basic employee questions. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
