Qualifications

• Must understand customer instructions and follow department guidelines.

• Lift and move mail trays weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow customer instructions and department guidelines.

• Process batch logs and multiple accounts with different instructions.
• Data entry from scanned images or physical work across applications.
• Handle PHI and PCI in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Cross-train and assist other areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
