Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in payment processing or a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on outbound mail and basic troubleshooting of issues.
• Operate high/low speed scanning equipment with accuracy.
• Monitor workflows to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
• Process data entry for scanned images, manual keying, and validation.
• Handle PHI and card payments in compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards.
• Cross-train to support other areas as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
