Sunrise Senior Living in Chicago is seeking a Reminiscence Supervisor to lead a memory care neighborhood with hands‑on oversight of daily operations and compassionate resident care. You will supervise the reminiscence team, champion dementia programming and engagement with families.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, long‑term care or dementia care.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency with Sunrise systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support the reminiscence team in daily care and operations
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and timekeeping oversight
• Provide direct resident care and support Life Skills programming
• Monitor resident condition changes and escalate appropriately
• Support family meetings, education sessions and monthly support groups
• Assist with ISPs, daily assignments and point‑of‑care documentation
• G PR omote Resident‑Centered Care and dementia‑specific best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards
• Partner with leadership on training, coaching and performance support

The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership in the memory care neighborhood, supporting daily operations while delivering compassionate, resident‑centered care. What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support the reminiscence team in daily care and operations

• Support family meetings, education sessions and monthly support groups
• Assist with ISPs, daily assignments and point‑of‑care documentation
• Promote Resident‑Centered Care and dementia‑specific best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards
• Partner with leadership on training, coaching and performance support

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in assisted living, long‑term care or dementia care
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay Range:

23.30 - 29.20
