Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead the memory care neighborhood and ensure compassionate, individualized care for residents living with dementia.

You will partner with clinical leadership, develop dementia-appropriate activities, support families, and oversee staffing, budgets and compliance to Sunrise standards in our Annapolis campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
• Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming
• Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
• Oversee department budget and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards

Pay Range:

58,010.00 - 75,025.00
