The position begins as a Utility role with training to advance to the posted title. Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and adaptability to changing production needs are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MIG welding experience required.
• Experience with heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Able to operate hand and power tools and assist with equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Support production operations and maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Perform MIG welding as required.
