Everforth Apex in Eagan, MN is seeking a Remedy Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will design, develop, and implement custom Remedy applications within a high-volume contact center.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of Remedy workflow experience, strong PL/SQL, scripting skills, and a collaborative, Agile mindset. This role offers remote work flexibility and exposure to enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years writing custom Remedy workflows using activelink, filters, and forms.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with Python and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Remedy components: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Remedy applications within a contact center environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Customize Remedy applications using scripting, workflows, and UI policies.
• Develop integrations between Remedy and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, scripts, and middleware.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Remedy solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Remedy platform, including reading and understanding logs to resolve production issues.
• Engage and communicate effectively during Agile ceremonies.
