Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Vail, Colorado, is seeking a Remedy Back Server for PT/FT shifts. You will assist Bartender and Server, stock supplies, clear tables, deliver food and beverages, and reset tables during dinner service.

Fluency in English required, ability to stand 8+ hours, and current US work authorization. Spanish spoken preferred. This role offers hourly pay of $12.74 plus gratuities, plus benefits and 401k.

Qualifications

Remedy Back Server PT/FT

About The Role:

The Back Server serves guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest requests. They will assist with delivering food and beverages and clearing dishes and resetting tables during dinner service.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

Schedule & Hours:

• This can be a full- time or part-time position.
