Occasional travel across Wisconsin and to hurricane-impacted regions is required, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. Growth opportunities exist in the restoration field.

• Provide rapid assistance during fire and water damage incidents, which includes availability for emergency calls outside of standard business hours.
• Support the restoration process by performing property cleanup, structural drying, and necessary demolition work.
• Utilize professional-grade equipment to effectively manage and repair property damage.
• Help maintain a safe and high-quality working environment for the entire team on every project.
• Participate in periodic travel across Wisconsin and to regions impacted by hurricanes to aid in recovery operations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry is considered a plus, though it is not a mandatory requirement.
• Capacity to maintain a flexible schedule, with the expectation of working evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to your work, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Openness to traveling as needed to assist with disaster relief and recovery missions.
