Job summary

ServiceMaster Recovery by Restoration Holdings is hiring a Restoration Technician in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will support fire, water, and mold restoration projects, ensure documentation is properly scanned and labeled, and follow established procedures throughout the job.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and able to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines. This is a hands-on, on-site role with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• On-call 7 days a month.
• Up to 1 month of travel per year out of state.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager related to fire, water, and mold restoration.
• Ensure documents, photos, and job notes are scanned and labeled in the Chronicle system.
• Follow proper procedures as the job progresses and is completed.

About This Opportunity

As a Restoration Technician, you will help distinguish our company with professionalism and best practices, creating customer loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing tasks assigned by the Project Manager related to fire, water, and mold disaster restoration services.
• Ensuring all documents, photos, and job notes are scanned and labeled in the job in Chronicle.
• Following proper procedures as the job progresses and is completed.
