Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Remediation and Corrections Consumer Banking Project Manager to lead end-to-end correction case activities across Consumer Banking, Connected Commerce and Business Banking books of work. You will ensure issues are resolved, customer atonement or compensation is applied as appropriate, and guidelines are followed.
