Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Some sales or customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new sales from retail and wholesale leads and past purchasers.
• Effectively manage time to contact as many customers as possible.
• Find additional customers beyond those who express interest.
• Follow-up calls and setting appointments.
• Handle inbound calls when necessary and support training.
• Assist with inventory management on auction sites.
• Participate in other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
