Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator at 12055 S Cicero, Alsip, IL 60803. The position pays $18 per hour and offers a Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm schedule.

The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with the existing team on vehicle check-in, reconditioning, paperwork and overall inventory control. The role requires excellent organization and attention to detail in all weather conditions and outdoor

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles).
• Check in and process 100+ vehicles transactions daily.
• High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind.
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory.
• Accurate paperwork for repairs, pickup and delivery of vehicles.
• Coordinate minor repairs, pickup/delivery, and multiple vehicle transactions with vendors.
• Notify management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles.
• Perform physical requirements related to the PDI process.
• Work outdoors 90% of the time.
• Front gate security.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned (administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.).

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a for a full-time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. This position pays $18 / hour and located at 12055 S Cicero, Alsip, IL 60803.

The available schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.

The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with the existing team responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented.

This position is on an 18 acre mega facility located in Alsip IL. It is also a full PDI facility handling the process for NCS installation and UCS check-in and reconditioning processes. This position works outside in all the weather conditions. In addition to the vehicle check in process the Remarking Inventory Coordinator may be responsible for general maintenance checks and working the security gate.

• Effective vendor/account engagement including, but not limited to: scheduling minor repairs, coordinating pick up and delivery, handling multiple vehicle transactions
• Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles
• Able to perform physical requirements related to PDI process
• Ability to work outdoors 90% of the time
• Front gate security
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.)
