Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Remarketing Coordinator in Lewisville, TX (Hybrid) for a 6-month engagement. The role requires the candidate to contact new and used car dealerships to validate KYC data and collect dealer licenses, while also supporting other duties as needed.

Strong Excel/Outlook skills and a reliable, team-oriented mindset are essential. The candidate should have 2+ years in financial services or related fields, HS diploma or higher, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; Salesforce

• Strong familiarity and comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Contact new/used car dealerships to validate KYC (demographics/ownership).
• Collect expired dealer licenses and assist in other areas as needed.

Quality over quantity, looking for the right candidate that will fit the position as well as the team. Looking for an individual who is self-motivated, that has the ability to work on their own / as well as within a team. Career minded candidate, who is looking to find an opportunity to get their foot in the door and potentially do more with it. Needs to be comfortable communicating through various channels (including on the phone) as their primary role will be contacting new / used car dealerships to validating KYC (dealership demographics / ownership etc…), collecting expired dealer license, but may also be asked to assist in other areas. Must have sufficient understanding and ability to work through Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Outlook, etc…)
