New York Air Brake in Springfield, MO is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform basic disassembly, washing and assembly of parts on-site. You will operate pedestal buffers, wash machines and related equipment, handle parts safely, and follow quality and safety rules.
This role requires 1–2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use shop measuring devices.

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who work in Springfield, MO is $19 per hour. Final pay will depend on factors such as experience and education. Employees are eligible to enroll in group health‑care plans (medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance) and in the company’s 401(k) plan. Employees also receive 80 hours of vacation leave, 10 paid holidays, 2 personal holidays, and 6 weeks of paid parental leave.
