Job summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Incorporated is seeking a Reman laborer to build material from a plant manager's list, affix labels to packs, and ship finished goods. Qualifications

• No experience or training required.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Stack lumber or wood products.
• Keep reman area clean and organized.
• Load and unload lumber from conveyors.
• Measure and indicate cutting lines on lumber and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and inventory.
• Dispose of waste materials properly after processing.
• Sort and arrange lumber by size and grade for easy identification.
• Operate sawing equipment to make precise cuts.
• Utilize dry kilns and other equipment to dry lumber.
