Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Ellabell, GA. You will lead a high‑volume production team, coach and develop staff, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on the line.

The role requires hands‑on troubleshooting of automated equipment, strong leadership, and effective communication to drive continuous improvement and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years manufacturing/production experience in a high‑volume environment
• 1+ year supervisory/lead experience
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of automated or semi‑automated manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of KPIs: OEE, downtime analysis, throughput, FPY
• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Our client, an automotive manufacturing co. is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Production Department supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, manufacturing experience and be able to foster a positive work environmentwhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor 2nd shift

Location: Ellabell, GA

Pay Range: $73-85/k + a great benefits package

What’s Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience in a high-volume environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting automated or semi‑automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs including OEE, downtime analysis, throughput, and First Pass Yield (FPY).
• Experience with root cause analysis, problem‑solving methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
