Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma to improve throughput and quality.
• Track record of applying process improvements in a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of production planning and scheduling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within production departments, ensuring work is completed on plan.
• Maintain organization, housekeeping, and 5S while supporting improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Production Scheduler to review demands, identify gaps, and reallocate resources.
• Ensure teams follow fabrication processes and work to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Plan and manage labor resources to support smooth workflow and on-time production.
• Execute production schedules focusing on safety, quality, timeliness, and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and develop area leads and team members for strong performance.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training for department staff.
• Provide direction, feedback, and training; address performance concerns as needed.
