The Ohio State University is seeking a Relocation Specialist to support the College of Medicine and Wexner Medical Center. You will guide new hires through relocation policies and coordinate housing, moves, and temporary housing arrangements.

Collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR Partners, you’ll manage vendor relations, track relocation spend, and ensure timely processing. A strong service orientation and attention to detail are essential to help faculty, researchers, and staff transition

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two (2) years relocation, travel, and/or HR experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with an executive presence.
Demonstrated ability to address complex situations.

Mansioni

Provide relocation consultation for prospective hires during recruitment, including guidance on policies.
Coordinate house hunting visits, household moves, and temporary housing with vendors.
Communicate with Hiring Managers, HR Partners, HR Consultants, and other stakeholders throughout relocation.
Process realtor referrals and manage vendor lists of realtors, moving companies, and housing resources.
Track spend against approved relocation budgets and ensure timely payments.
