Pilot Company is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our high-volume Pilot Flying J locations. You will oversee hospitality, drive guest satisfaction and ensure strong financial results with P&L accountability.

The role requires relocation, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and 2–3 years of retail/restaurant leadership experience. You will lead teams, manage inventory, and implement HR decisions to support store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant or service with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights, days, weekends and holidays
