Pilot Flying J seeks highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants for this position must be willing to relocate.

Our General Managers are accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and are responsible for the following tasks: hospitality and guest service, positive work environment, HR decisions, P&L analysis, inventory control. Pay rates start between $47,700 and $69,205 per year.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• High-volume retail management with P&L accountability
• Able to work nights, days, weekends and holidays
