Pilot Flying J is seeking a highly-skilled Restaurant General Manager to run our high-volume, quick service restaurant. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

As a General Manager, you will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and responsible for ensuring hospitality and guest service, creating a positive work environment for team members, and performing P&L analysis. A flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience with responsibility for financial results.
• High-volume retail management experience with P&L accountability.
• Ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
