Goodwin Recruiting is assisting a family-owned Italian-American restaurant in Greensboro, GA, with recruiting a high‑caliber General Manager. You will oversee all restaurant operations, drive profitability around a $4M revenue base, and shape growth while maintaining authentic hospitality and a strong team culture.

The role emphasizes P&L ownership, budget forecasting, inventory controls, and staff development in a high-volume setting. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Formación

• Demonstrated P&L ownership including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience managing $3M+ annual revenue, preferably around $4M.
• Strong cost controls and labor optimization expertise.
• Leadership of large teams and a productive work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of the restaurant’s P&L and profitability for ~ $4M revenue.
• Oversee all daily FOH and BOH operations with high standards.
• Implement inventory and labor cost controls using Toast/WISK data.
• Develop SOPs, training programs, and cross‑department communication protocols.
• Lead a team of ~60 employees and foster a positive culture.
• Maintain visible leadership presence to ensure guest satisfaction.
