Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE accredited school; foreign-trained must be substantially equivalent per APTA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per individualized PT plan.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Follow policies related to scope of practice.
• Prioritize patient care with initiative and good judgment.
• Complete orientations and trainings timely.
