Job summary

Anchor Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, develop personalized plans, and promote independence in a skilled nursing setting in Aiken, SC. The PRN role offers flexibility and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with licensure in South Carolina and a passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of independence. CPR certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and eligibility for SC licensure.
• Current SC Physical Therapist license.
• Interest in helping residents regain independence.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PT Assistants and aides.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Document accurately and compliantly in medical records.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and safety.
