• Valid professional license in the state of practice (SC).
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited program; foreign-trained must have equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments and treatments per care plan.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete orientations, in-services and trainings successfully and timely.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
