Job summary

Anchor Post Acute is a beautiful 120-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility located behind Aiken Mall in Aiken, South Carolina. We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our PRN team and help residents regain strength, confidence, and independence.

Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate, you will evaluate and treat residents, collaborate with families and health professionals, and support ongoing professional development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Holds (or eligible for) South Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and aides in resident care as applicable.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility and regulatory requirements.
