Responsibilities

• Plan inquiry-driven, academically rigorous STEM lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding.
• Build an inclusive classroom culture that fosters love of learning and community.
• Master Zeta’s academic and social-emotional curriculum for daily instruction.
• Aim for 90%+ of students reaching grade-level in STEM courses.
• Use data and student work to drive improvement in achievement.
• Develop strong relationships with students and families to support growth.
