Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; NY certification preferred.
• 1–2+ years of lead teaching experience.
• Proven record of propelling extraordinary student growth.

Responsabilidades

• Plan inquiry-driven, academically rigorous History and/or ELA lessons.
• Build a vibrant, inclusive classroom culture that nurtures a love of learning.
• Internalize and deeply master Zeta’s curriculum to deliver exceptional instruction daily.
• Champion Zeta’s academic goals—90%+ of students on or above grade level in History/ELA.
• Utilize data and student work to drive achievement and refine practice.
• Develop strong relationships with students and families for growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in weekly professional learning.
