Job summary

AAA USA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing programs nationwide. You will work with production teams to improve methods, solve build issues, and optimize processes, including DFM initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, strong CAD skills, GD&T per ASME Y14.5, and hands-on knowledge of machining, sheet metal, welding or composites. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Hands-on understanding of machining, sheet metal, welding, composites, and assemblies.
• Strong CAD proficiency and ability to read GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• ERP experience (Epicor or SAP) including eBOM/mBOM reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve manufacturing and assembly issues with production teams.
• Improve methods, ergonomics, and production flow.
• Develop manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process docs.
• Support DFM analysis and corrective actions.
