Job summary

AAA USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace, defense, and high-precision programs across the U.S. You will partner with production teams to streamline methods, improve processes, and drive manufacturability improvements using CAD, GD&T, and DFM analysis.

The role requires hands-on engineering work with strong problem-solving, CAD proficiency, and ERP experience (Epicor/SAP). Relocation assistance and long-term growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience in aerospace or complex assembly is preferred.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Work with production teams to identify and resolve manufacturing and assembly issues.
• Improve methods, processes, ergonomics, and production flow in assigned areas.
• Analyze build sequences and develop efficient, repeatable processes.
• Use CAD models and drawings to improve manufacturability and product design.
• Develop manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process docs.
• Ensure changes traceable to engineering requirements and quality standards.
• Perform DFM analysis and recommend design or process improvements.
