Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to run a high-volume, quick service restaurant. Applicants for this position must be willing to relocate.

Our General Managers are accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and are responsible for the following tasks: hospitality, team development, HR decisions, P&L analysis, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service with financial accountability.
• Prior high-volume retail management with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Must demonstrate integrity and accountability at managerial level.
